   With due respect I am to inform you that I am ready to attend my duty as desired by our Department during the total Lock down orders for containment of spread of COVID-19 epidemic throughout the Nation.

      But in total absence of Public transport including Rail during this lock down period it is quite impossible to reach my respective office.

      Therefore, it is requested to kindly arrange vehicle/staff car or any mode of conveyance to pick up for my PO and dropping at home. My residential address is appended below-

      Therefore, it is requested to kindly allow me to keep quarantine  myself during this total Lockdown period.
