THE DETAILS OF CHANGES ARE SHARED BELOW FOR CIRCULATING TO CBS OFFICES.

1. PAN Validation:

In CCRC / CMRC, for any CIF if tax status is selected as 'PAN Available', then a valid PAN number should be entered;

If no PAN card is available, the tax status is to be selected as 'No PAN available'.

A new field Form 60 / 61 is introduced in CCRC / CMRC. If customer not having PAN card submits Form 60 / 61, then the value for Form 60 / 61 has to be selected as YES in CCRC / CMRC.

2. Document Deletion in CMRC:

Provision to delete the documents for which details are wrongly entered during CIF creation is given in CMRC. The user has to select the check box for DELETE flag against the document in CMRC.

By this change, duplicate aadhaar can be deleted through CMRC.

3. Mobile Number mandatory for CIF:

During CIF creation (CCRC) / modification (CMRC), mobile number is made mandatory.
Uniqueness of mobile number will be checked while enabling EBanking / Mobile Banking for any CIF.

Cancellation / Modification of CIF in CCRC and cancellation of modification in CMRC can be carried out by any user.
